I am so excited and eager to share this latest discovery, which I have intellectually known for over 10 years now, but only in this moment has the truth been revealed!  I have applied this knowledge in my personal life and I have found the results to absolutely reflect the wisdom that is being told.

Beloved Readers, the secrets of Youth are held and granted within your Glandular System.  Also known as the Endocrine System, these quiet, quite unspoken about organs within the body and brain, have the chemicals inside that can quite literally turn back the clocks of time.  Forget the latest cream by Protect and Perfect, by No 7, our “miracle” formula lies within and I am going to tell you how to get that Laboratory pumping out the results.

Once upon a time there was a young Spanish Explorer, who traveled with Christopher Columbus searching for the “Fountain of Youth”.  He was convinced that in the lands of Southern America, there was an Island, which housed this sacred water.  His name was Juan Ponce de Leons, and although he never discovered the fountain in his lifetime, his legacy still lives on with those knowingly or unknowingly searching for this promise of longevity and youthfulness. 

You may recall the scientific and revolutionary bomb shell that exploded within our midst some years ago when another “Ponce de Leons” of our age announced that the fountain of eternal youth had at last been discovered. We learned, somewhat to our dismay, that all we had to do to become young and vigorous once more was to have our glands removed and others, of questionable origin, substituted in their place!
The theory was sensational to say the least. A few intrepid adventurers tried it. They took their lives in their hands, literally speaking, and went gallantly forth to capture youth at any price.

That was some years ago. We are not hearing as much about this scientific accomplishment today. Many times it failed with fatal results. The practice was risky, but the principle was sound. If we could renew the glands of the body, we would undoubtedly have youth: That was the principle on which the scientists worked.

Some of the great German scientists have spent years in the study of glands and as a result of this scientific research, have experimented with operations, serums, and the various light rays that stimulate the action of these very important organs of the body. They have seen some of their theories fail because their artificial methods only result in temporary stimulation of glandular function. Youth may return for a few years, but after this there is a violent reaction because nature's laws have been violated.

The natural way to renew the glands is to first assist them in removing any poison or waste that is paralyzing their activities, and then take into the body through the food we eat, natural elements that increase and stimulate glandular secretions. If the glands are freed of congestion, they will take what they need for the repairing of the system in subtle amounts, rather than depleting our energy, because they are exhausted. That is to say, abnormal conditions can be corrected by the glands themselves when they get the living foods they especially need.

Because we have not lived properly nor exercised correctly, our body organs have developed adhesions and “ stagnant build up”.  When I use the word adhesions, I am referring to a sticking or a clumping together of toxins, bulk matter, or heavy dense energy.  This build up, will naturally lead to trouble.  All of our “blues’, depression, low energy and ALL our feeling states are the cause of  these adhesions.

These exhausted glands will sap our bodily energies, and we begin to age at a unnecessary and tremendous pace. We will loose our buoyancy and the figure that accompanies youth. We will begin to experience a constant tired feeling.  Melancholy can especially develop when these adhesions develop between the liver and intestines.
In a body free from adhesions, the organs are controlled by virtue of their own force and power.  The person will be joyful, happy and always in a ‘good’ mood, never cross, angry or mean.  Awakened in the middle of the night, their eyes will open quickly and be wide and clear.  Now ask yourselves, does that sound like you?

Where there are wastes and toxins in the system, there can be no permanent body building. Especially in chronic conditions. Only after the system is thoroughly cleansed  (and note that sometimes more than one deep detox cleanse is necessary in chronic conditions) then scientific glandular feeding may begin.
Olive oil and lemon juice taken half and half help to feed glands as well as brains and nerves. In regions where iodine is lacking in the soil, goitre (thyroid problems) is prevalent. Artificial iodine, such as is bought in chemists and health stores is an actual poison. Use only natural iodine to be found in nature's gardens and in sea foods.

The Major Glands:

1. The Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland - Together they control the entire glandular system. These are found in the centre of the brain.
2. The Pineal Gland – regulates sleep and light sensitivity.  Its location I sin the centre of the head.
3. The Thyroid and Parathyroid Glands – regulates the metabolism (temperature and weight). Their location is in the throat.
4. The Thymus Gland – relegates the immune system and healing. Its location is in the upper chest.
5. The Pancreas – regulates digestion and enzyme activity(sugar levels etc).  Its location is in the digestive system.
6. The Adrenals – regulates stress and responses. Their location is above the kidneys, in the middle/lower back.
7. The Sex Organs – Regulates reproduction and gender identities. In a man, they are to be found in the testes, and in a woman in her ovaries.

It is reknown throughout the Yoga field that Kundalini Yoga is super effective in restoring and cleansing the Glands.  In fact, this practise turns its attention to the strengthening of the nervous and glandular syetems when first beginning practise. It is crucial to nurture and rebuild these two systems, it is the foundation upon which we function and manifest from.  In Kundalini Yoga, we refer to the glandular system as ‘The Guardians of our Health”.  We bow down to the glands, reconising them to be one of the most important systems within the body and mind.

It is of vital importance that we understand that, if we do not take precaution in the food we eat, then ‘Tamasic’ (dead and heavy) food will undo all the effort we made in practicing the yoga postures to control and activate the glands. Dead food will de-activate the glands we wish to control and will not produce the lymph needed for the hormones we need to develop for the higher levels of mind. The relationship between food and yoga postures or asanas should be understood very well.  This does not only relate to yoga, but all spiritual practises, especially Meditation.

Thoughts activate glands, glands produce hormones, hormones control sentient, mutative and static emotions and mental tendencies and the collective interaction between these psychic urges forms our unique personality. It is very important to control thought. Thousands of years ago yogi's declared, "As you think, so you become". Mind is the cause of freedom and slavery.  Think of it like this, the glands are listening in on our every thought.  These thoughts do not stay within the arena of the brain, like a fountain these thought forms spill over into the entire glandular system.  The thoughts of the brain, becomes the thoughts of the glands.  Now, how does that sit with you?

Can you imagine the heights that could be reached in meditation, or yoga, or martial arts, if the glands were free and light to assist your alchemical journey?  We enliven ourselves with these practises, and then deaden ourselves again, with old traditional nutrition, that weigh us down, back into the Piscean Age.  A New Age in Nutrition is emerging are you willing to flow with it?

To really understand and have the experience for yourself, then you must give yourself 10 days, to know for yourself, if what I am speaking of is true.   Are you searching for youth and the buoyancy of your carefree earlier years? Then gather closer, and I shall reveal the path that needs to be taken.
Glandular Life Giving Foods:

A diet full of raw plant foods will totally overhaul and heal the glandular system.  Make your mineral levels a priority; they need to be checked and maintained.  An allergy test, will soon pinpoint any deficiencies.  Maintain any deficiencies ideally with “real” fresh foods, and please avoid supplements where ever possible.  Learn where the deficiency is, and research the foods that have it in abundance. A deep detox to remove the stagnation is a must, for true vitality to radiate through the  glands as they begin to work at their topmost levels.   Always make sure that your fresh foods are organic.

• All Raw Plant Foods. Nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables – all Organic.
Especially cod liver oil, garlic, artichokes, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, olive oil with lemon juice, avocados and dried olives.
• Living Water and Water Foods. Drink plenty of water and eat 70% water content foods – a salad every day.
• Maximum Nourishment.  Breakfast should be green vegetables, green juices, and non-acid productising, low sugar fruits and fruit juices, or light, alkalising foods only.
• Food Combining.  Don’t eat start and proteins together
• Curfew. Eat well before you retire.  Have a time that you do not under any circumstances eat after. Usually 6pm, is a great time to commit to.
• Structural Support. Get some rest, sun and a massage. Keep your body in alignment with stretches and gentle exercises.
• Eliminate Processed Fats.
• Eliminate Animal Flesh for 10 days and judge the results.
• Eliminate milk, cheese and all other diary products – again 10 days to judge for yourself.
• Eliminate acid addictions. For 10 days cut out all sugar, vinegar, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and drugs… See for yourself.

The glandular functions are very easily disturbed, being closely related to the sympathetic nervous system. For that reason, worry, hate, jealously, anger, fear, sorrow and pain, infact any intense emotional disturbance inhibit and seriously affect glandular function. When these negative influences become habitual over a long period of time, they cause permanent ill health.

We must lay stress on mental elimination as well as physical elimination. Poisons can be put back into a clean body by poisonous thoughts and feelings. All negative, destructive thinking and feeling must go if 100% health is to be obtained from our Body Building System. This is to be emphasized. When your body is experiencing cleansing and rejuvenation through eating radiant, life-giving foods, your mental and emotional life should likewise have attention. All that is narrow, intolerant and limiting should be eliminated; all that tends to happiness and well-being, fostered. Then will the glands work harmoniously with nature's life-giving processes to bring about vitality and health.

To be fully spiritualised, to be able to make contact with any other being throughout our planet and the entire Universe, we must first awaken the glandular system.  The glands and their secretions create all our mental states, one cannot function without the other. No brain – no glandular system.

Our heart can only bear what our mind is capable of comprehending. Our brain activity needs to expand and come into full maturity, if we wish to obtain true human spiritual potential.  We must learn to animate and re-charge the brain cells.

Our circulatory system assures us of a more perfect organic operation, the nervous system gives us vigour, courage, strength and vitality to carry out a better living programme.  But we must awaken the glands to be able to change and charge the brain cells, releasing the intelligence contained within for the paving of the way to absolute freedom from limitation and disease.
A lack of personal power or force is due to poor glandular activity. Women especially, lose personal magnetism and charm when this negative glandular function that is the basic cause of their complaints reflects in their personalities.

Everyone has experienced that sense of well-being and exuberance from happiness and joy. The eyes shine, the cheeks glow, and the heart beats faster. You suddenly seem to bloom. It is an infectious thing as well as a social uplift. Your happiness makes you radiant, yet few realize what chemical changes this emotion causes in your body. There is a powerful chain of glands, the pituitary, thyroid and the adrenals which, when stimulated by happiness, pour their secretions directly into the blood-stream. This combined secretion forms a potent antiseptic and stimulant which was called by the ancients, "the elixir of life." The body under this condition becomes impervious to all disease, resulting in a state of, health and well-being.

You may argue that you have nothing to be happy about—that everything has a way of going wrong with you. That in itself is an admission of either physical, or mental ill-health, or a combination of both. The quicker you get to work cleansing and building your body, the better for you.

Whether you are young or old, you want to do all that is in your power to improve your health. Children need chemical elements in their food to actually build bone, teeth, muscle, nerve and ligament. They must have these building blocks if they are to grow sturdy. Adults, on the other hand, have a great deal of healing and repair work to do. They need more nerve, brain and glandular foods than children, and less of the building materials. Advanced maturity has its own particular needs.
How to eat to accomplish the most benefits for your  body with consideration for what it has before it or behind it, will be the next step. For it really doesn't matter whether you are five or fifty, you can achieve your purpose and acquire youthful vitality and a strong healthy body. Each one of us has individual needs and a history all our own. Age is merely a scale by which we measure what, in the way of wear and tear, the body has had to contend with. The years mean nothing more to us than that.  Those who are on their way to perfect health and true rejuvenation know that they are beyond age.  You see this mystery in their eyes, as they glint and twinkle with the 'Fountain of Youth' well and truly discovered.

it means youth are ambitious and are full of determination, but the aged see the light and the futility of what ambitious brings
