Not getting visible results with p90x... How to stay motivated?
I am halfway through with the program, but I am not getting results. My strength and flexibility have improved, but I have not lost any weight or inches!!! Should I keep going? Has anyone else had this problem? I need your advice...
PS. I am a 28 year old female who never had this much trouble getting into shape or losing weight before.

I am a 26 year old female that is 36 days into the P90x program. I too have found that I am not losing weight or inches as of yet. I do feel much stronger and flexible, but I'm not sure if I'm getting more toned. It's definitely frustrating! I know I didn't really answer your question, but I just wanted to let you know that I am going through the same thing!
