I was curious wats the highest spf u know, where to get it, and how much. Also, should u where sunscreen in the winter, and when ur indoors but still by a window.

I have a spf 70 sun-screen, but I only apply it to my face. I am pretty sure the brand is Neutrogena. But when wearing sunscreen, try to avoid it if possible, I have heard that it is the worst thing you can put on your skin
