1. Face whitening powder : A powder that has skin whitening properties.
2.Face powder : If you are talking about the pigmented one then the pressed one is used for touching up makeup or sometimes it can also be used with a fluffy brush to set your foundation..the loose powder is also used for setting makeup but pressed/loose powder can also be used alone if you have a clear good skin and you just want to give yourself a polished look.

5.Skin shiner : never heard of any such product sorry but maybe you mean a skin illuminator/luminizer/highlighter.
6.Skin illuminator : also known as a luminizer..gives a glowy shiny affect..comes in many colours like gold, pink, pearl white etc..an illuminator is applied to certain areas of the face like the brow bone, cheekbones and you can even mix it in your fav moisturizer or foundation for a healthy shiny look on your face but many people just dont like that sparkly look on their face.
7.Skin booster : usually sold in the form of serums..its task is to boost up dull and tired skin for ex. the body shop vitamin c skin boost.
8.Whitening serum : such a serum has whitening properties and is used by people with wheatish or dark complexions.
