What would cause my new dishwasher to not get rid of all the cascade in the place you put the soap and shut ?
it. When I open the dishwasher after the cycle is done the little door is open where I had put the soap, but not all the soap is gone out of it. I will be calling the store back that I bought it from but I am just curious as to why a new dishwasher would be doing this??

It would appear that your sprayer arm is not functioning properly ….lack of sufficient water ….maybe
or something is impeding the sprayer arm.
