My hair is breaking and I am tired of putting egg in my hair for a "Treatment" it is yucky and verrry messy. Yes they do, I love them, they are cheap and effective!
I really do think they are great for all hair types 
The elixir is really good but I don't use it too often as my hair would get weighed down too much, I think it would probably suit your hair type better than mine though.
My sister has very coarse hair and when she uses these products it makes her hair silkly smooth and really shiny, much more manageable than with some of her other, more expensive products!
I know you probably don't want to put any more food types on your hair but putting Olive Oil on your hair for 20 minutes really does work wonders! I couldn't recommend that enough, Also, breaking a cod liver oil capsule and adding it to your conditioner is great for your hair!
