i don't have rosacea but i have thin skin that is prone to getting flushed during the day. not all over, just in my cheeks. therefore my skin tone on my face is not even...
is this only for people with rosacea? are there ANY cleansers/moisturizers that would be suitable for me??
From what I've read doing a bunch of searches and from checking university journals, I think it's okay to use it, but having rosacea is definitely recommended.
I would suggest some stuff from Cetaphill instead, like this one.
