• Jog and align your stack of sheets so that all edges are flush. Place your jogged stack inside your Pro-Bind Cover and jog again to ensure that all of the pages are aligned.
• Place the Pro-Bind Cover into your Pro-Bind 1000 and press the start button. This starts the heating process.
• Leave your book in the Binding Machine for 60 seconds. If using a soft cover, you are done! If you are using a hard cover, start the cycle again by repeating step two. Then, immediately remove your book and place it into the Hard Cover Crimper. Pull the handle of your Crimper and leave in the Crimper to allow the adhesive to completely cool, securing your pages in place. In just minutes you can remove your finished book.

Whats better push up pro or perfect push up?

I notice their is two different push up handles on the market. What do you think is better to get or do they do the same thing?

I like the Perfect Push ups ($40) better. They are sturdier and don't slip on carpet. My sister bought Push Up Pros because they are $20, but they are really light and slide when you raise up from the push up. It still does it's purpose, but it's not as sturdy. I have the $40 perfect pushup, but they also have a $20 perfect pushup. I got the $20 one for my brother and I was wondering what the difference was. I noticed that the handles are removable, hence the $20 diff. Not sure how sturdy that is once you push off from them.

Either one you pick, they still do it's purpose (if you don't care about product quality).. These are great pushup tools.
