Why do my hands (palms) peel?
I find that my palms peel quite regularly, I am usually well hydrated (so its unlikely to be dehydration) Also I follow a reasonably good diet, any ideas?
Just some additional details; I'm not diabetic and I always wear gloves when doing the washing up. My friend says that its because I'm a lizard, although I don't think that's it...lol!
Have you been washing up without wearing gloves? I find that this makes my palms peel.
Also, regularly changing shower gel, shampoo or soap can cause this.
