Benefits of Fish Oil - How it Helps Your Heart, Your Skin and Your Whole Body

Some of the benefits of fish oil, and the omega3 fatty acids that they contain, are relatively well known. Others have only recently been investigated. Most supplement labels mention how it helps the heart, so let's start there.
