what are u ladies using for stretch marks?
we all have hopes of not getting them as bad as they could be ... so what do u use?
ive got the cocoa butter oil and lotion and cream ... spoiled mama, pure vitamin e oil and bio oil lol ... i dont use them all at once! i usually use the oils 1st then top them off with a cream ? and drink loooots of water to keep myself and my skin hydrated.
riiight baby grirl .. but wouldnt u think its worth a try then to just stand by and listen to other peoples opinions on lotions? lol
I used Pure 100% Vitamin E oil and didn't get but 1 stretch mark on my belly button that you really cannot see. My mom had stretch marks and my aunts on both sides had stretch marks. I figured I would get them, but used the Vitamin E oil and nothing else and only go the one little one. I would put it on right out of the shower and sometimes later in the day. It worked for my cousin as well. I also ate well and ate lots of Good health fats. Olive OIl, REAL Butter, Coconut Oil. I stayed away from junk food and pop. I read somewhere that diet has a lot to do with it. Don't fret too much over them just do what you can to prevent them.
What the heck is Melasma??!!
