Properties and Recommendations:

 

A very hydrating balm thanks to Squalane and Aquaxyl. It is recommended for dry and/or sensitive skin. It also has anti-age and regenerating properties thanks to enhancing ingredients, Tamanu Oil, Aloe, vitamin E. • Squalane from olive: a natural emollient from olive. It is one of the main components of the skin's natural sebum. It is an excellent anti-aging oil that moisturizes, regenerates, and protects the skin.

 

• Organic aloe: acts directly on collagen fibre and induces skin elasticity. It contains complex polysaccharides which allow water retention for better hydration. Effective in the treatment of a variety of skin diseases.

Moisturizer dry flaky skin?

I recently got a new moisturizer to remove acne scars with the following key ingredients Emblica Fruit Extract, Mulberry Extract, Cucumber Extract. I noticed my face would be a bit red and itchy every now and then, and later my face became dry like sand paper with dark scabs of skin flaking off? My skin got better but it's happening again right in the same places I apply the moisturizer, and haven't been using any other product. I just know it's the moisturizer. Why would a moisturizer dry my skin so badly? was it something else? I was using proactiv and stopped just b4 I started to use the moisturizer about 3 weeks ago, but I am now getting the sand paper skin again -_-.
