A Tea to Soothe Your Nerves

Antioxidants act as "free radical scavengers" and hence prevent and repair damage done by these free radicals. These antioxidants in the plant Camellia Sinensis are kept largely intact due to the very minimal processing that the leaves undergo. The harvesting, gentle processing and the fact that the leaves are not allowed to oxidize or ferment, makes much of these antioxidants remain in the final product which can be right in front of you now.

Each type of tea is processed from Camellia Sinensis quite differently. And it is the processing that takes place that makes a big difference! The manufacturing methods used in all three not only alter the taste, aroma, and quality of the finished brew, but also change the way it can affect your health. When the fresh leaf is withered by exposure to the air, and is broken and left to ferment after picking, you'll acquire the Black Tea which contains the most amount of caffeine than any other tea. Oolong is produced by treating the fresh leaf similarly, but the withering process is much shorter, resulting in a partially fermented leaf. Oolong is known to be a slimming tea, but has less health effect than the Green Tea. When the leaf is not fermented at all, but it is rather steamed immediately after harvesting to stop the fermentation process, then rolled and dried, you'll have the Green Tea, famous for its long list of health effect.

What coffee would be gentle on my stomach?

I'm sensitive to a lot of coffee. I get stomach aches if the acid content is too high. I tried the Foldger's Soothing which is supposed to be gentle on my stomach, but it still makes me gassy. (sorry for that detail haha) Any other ideas what kind of ground coffee I can use to brew that won't upset my stomach?

Ok. I'm going to answer on the healthy side of the question. Most people have issues when drinking coffee, for the very reason you said, the acidity levels. But you also might want to make sure, especially if you're putting creamer in it, that your not lactose intolerant.
