Have Sagging Face Skin? 3 Steps to Stop

What could be the reason behind sudden skin pigmentation of my face skin?

Of late, for the last two months, just my face is getting darker and darker. There has been no significant change in my daily activities but I don't know why my skin is getting darker day by day. Any suggestions on what should be avoided and what needs to be done will be highly appreciated.
