Nutritious Food

Our diet should contain plenty of antioxidant type food. These will help prevent and reduce sagging skin.  One way to is to supplement your diet with a multi-nutrient capsule.  Here is a partial list of some nutrient type food that should be consumed.

Wakame Kelp
Active Manuka Honey
Passion Fruit

Special Antioxidants

Some beneficial antioxidants are not commonly on our table.  One such is the plant: Blue Passion Flower.  It has an ingredient called Chrysin.  Chrysin is a powerful antioxidant that helps make blood vessels stronger.  Therefore, it helps the tightening and firming of skin.

Omega-3/DHA Fish Oil

One good source of omega-3 is found in an ocean fish called Hoki.  Hoki are primarily found in the waters of New Zealand.  A company also in New Zealand molecularly distills the fish to remove all the possible contaminants.  I personally take their fish oil supplement everyday.  I can personally testify that it is very helpful with some of my health concerns, namely arthritis.  See my website listed below for the source of a wonderful Omega-3.

Safe Ingredients

The ingredients, of course, it what makes any product work.  But they must not only work but be safe to use on your face, neck and especially around the eyes.  Anything synthetic should be suspect.  That is because many synthetized chemicals have been shown to be harmful to some people.

The blending of the right ingredients is essential but also important is that they be in a high enough concentration.  If they are not the right kind and concentrated properly, then using frosting or whipping cream will be as effective.  At least, it would taste better.  You need to have wakame sea weed, chrysin, keratin and a few other ingredients to smooth out your sagging skin.

What are some good face masks and eye cream products?

I want to buy them, so don't put any recipes or whatever for face masks etc. Something cheap would be good! The body shop has pretty expensive stuff, so something that is cheap and good!
