Multi Vitamin Causes Nausea?
My husband gets nausous when he takes a multi vitamin, even with food. The same brand (centrum) doesn't do this to me. Is there an alternative? Maybe something specific he could take with it?
He's 38 and started a business 9 mo ago, so eating right and taking vitamins is essential to his health to help with stress. If anyone has other ideas to help with this, we would love to hear them.

I also get nauseous when I take a multi-vitamin especially if it's in a capsule. Get a tablet one. If he's stressed he needs the B group of Vitamins.
Try taking Mega Vitamin B in a tablet form, one that has a high level of Vitamins B1, 2, 5 6 and 12. Get him to take 3 tablets a day for the first 3 weeks, then 2 a day for the next week and then once per day after that. Buy the one with the highest mg of the various B vitamins you can find and also make sure that if contains some Vitamin C's which help the absorption of Vitamins Bs. His urine will be very yellow, but he will gradually find his nervous system more able to cope with the stress.
Centrium is an all-round feel good multi-vitamin, but not targeted specifically for the stress your husband is feeling.
