Double Kettlebell Workouts For Fat Loss And Muscle Gain
Kettlebell training is fantastic for losing fat, building lean muscle, and helping you get into great physical condition... but if you've primarily been doing your training with only one kettlebell, you're missing out! Double kettlebell exercises pack a great deal more 'metabolic whallop' - and due to the increased load, are also great for building muscle.
Here are two sample double kettlebell workouts to get you started - I'll give you a great resource at the end for more information on kettlebell training, how to perform the various exercises mentioned, etc.
Double Kettlebell Workout For Muscle Gain
This workout is designed with a muscle gain goal in mind. I've added Pull Ups for a pulling exercise - you can hang a KB from your foot if five Pull Ups with your own body weight is too easy.
Perform exercise 'A' in each sequence, move directly to exercise 'B', rest 60 seconds, and repeat each pairing three more times for a total of four sets of each exercise.
Again, make sure to include a short warm up before your workout.
1A. 5 Double Clean and Presses 1B. 5 Pull Ups 2A. 10 Double Swings 2B. 10 Double Front Squats
Double Kettlebell Circuit Workout For Fat Loss
This one combines each double kettlebell drill into a circuit workout:
10 Double Snatches 15 Double Squats 10 Double Clean + Presses 15 Double Swings Repeat circuit five times. Take as little rest as possible. Make sure to include a kettlebell warm up beforehand.
There you have two double kettlebell workouts to help you start gaining more muscle and getting into better condition today. Train hard and train smart!

In performance driving, what is double-clutching and heel-toe downshifting? And what are their differences?
Why are they done?
Double clutching is like "progressive shifting" where you shift when the engine and transmission are synched together at the same speed, the difference is double clutching you use the clutch to take the tranny out of gear then you let off the clutch while you move it to the next gear and you depress it again to get it back in gear, progressive shifting you dont use the clutch at all except to take off, I drive truck and that is how you shift because the transmissions dont have synchros to allow the shifter to go back in gear unless the motor and tranny going the same speed, "some" drag racers double clutch because by doing that you are keeping the motor in "the sweet spot", as far as heel-toe downshifting is similar except you are trying to synch the RPMs of the motor with the speed of the rear tires, say you were going around a corner and the rev's on the motor drop to 1200rpm in 4th gear comming out of the corner you know that at 1200rpm and in that gear you are not going to be accelerating very fast so you drop to 3rd but you need to rev the motor to say 2600rpm to match the motor and the tires together, this way it is a smooth transition from 4th to 3rd. less wear and tear and you will accelerate faster.
