Remove Skin Blemishes With a Facial Cleansing Mask

You can remove skin blemishes with the right facial cleansing mask.  But the cleansing mask MUST have the right ingredients in the right concentrations. If it doesn't, then you probably wasted your effort and money.  Here is what works safely on blemished skin.

There are two things that you might call "blemish targets".  They are things that we can do something about.  The targets are bacteria and inflammation.

What Causes Blemishes?

Inflammation and bacteria are the underlying causes of a blemish.  Bacteria, sebum and dead cells are naturally present in the hair follicle, which we commonly refer to as a pore.

Exfoliating too often or too vigorously will cause excessive dryness, increase inflammation and worsens acne conditions.  Remember, that acne is not caused by poor hygiene or a lack of cleanliness.  It is caused by inflammation and an overgrowth of the P acnes bacteria.

With a cyst or a pimple, a cold compress can be used to reduce the inflammation or swelling temporarily.

How do i erase a slightly deep facial mark?.?

I don't know anything about permanent solutions, but for a quick fix that you could include in your daily make-up routine, try Benefit's It Stick. It's a line diffusing pencil & gently fills in lines. Maybe its more suited to wrinkles & fine lines (which is what I use it for) so I can't say how it would work on deeper lines, but it might be worth trying it out, to at least make the line less noticable.
