Using "Professional" HairColor...How?

I went into Shoppers Drugmart (canadian chain) and they had "Ice Cream professional haircolor".
I like the look of it but it seems to be only the dye and you have to get the other solutions separate. What exactly do i need? Reading the box confused me and i didn't see similar products around that might be the other chemicals, but i really want to try this! Thanks!!

one bottle is the color and the other is the developer. usually you mix equal parts, but the directions should tell you that.

if you bout it at a drugmart, its not professional. the box is lying to you!

good luck, but hair color should really be left to the pros.
