Full cream milk at 10 and a half months?

My friend has a bub the same age as mine and she is already giving her one bottle at lunch time of full cream milk (pura kids milk 12+ months it says). Her bub eats really well and has formula for her other two bottles.
Im wondering can this harm her baby at all?. When shoud I introduce to my son at the moment he only has full cream milk in his breaky cereal in the mornings.

Don't listen to that first lady, cow milk you buy in the store has been pasteurized. Kids need full fat milk because they have higher caloric needs than adults but I'm not sure if a whole bottle is necessary at that age. It is All About whay you are comfortable with.
