Elastin Collagen Creams Exposed. What Do They Really Do?

when should I use collagen‏?

At what age a woman should use collagen creams to protect her skin and to keep the youthful look of her skin. I heard someone says in 25 and another says in 30.
I am 24 now. I have no problem in my skin I just want to protect myself from skin aging, future fine lines and wrinkles..etc
