Face skin peeling HELP!!!?

It's been two weeks and I don't know what to do.
The skin on my face is super dry. I apply lotion on every day but it's not working. When I wash my face to clean it and I don't apply lotion, I can see my face is full of dead skin. I use Olay Active Hydrating. What am I suppose to do?
